The first ever Mozzarella Store, Pizza & Caffe opened July 5, 2019 in the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, across from the original Water Tower. Chicagoans and visitors alike are awarded the opportunity to, for the first time in the U.S., dive into the world of authentic, Italian-style “Fior di Latte” mozzarella making.
In addition to offering “Fior di Latte” mozzarella (translated “milk’s flower” for its exceptional quality) and burrata made on-site daily, Mozzarella Store offers a variety of other fresh and aged local, organic cheeses from our nearby dairy factory, “Golfo di Napoli Dairy.” Using our cheese and other local, organic and Italian-imported products, guests enjoy Neapolitan pizza, panini, small plates and espresso at the pizzeria and caffè located inside our store. Additionally, we offer Mozzarella Store’s very own authentic Italian-imported food products for retail so guests can enjoy some of the same products we use in our store!
