Like our “Fior di Latte” mozzarella, our “Fior di Latte” Gelato can be described as “milk’s flower,” for its beautiful expression of our highest quality milk and cream. A simple mixture of milk, cream and sugar, with no added flavors or eggs to overpower the purity and freshness of the milk, our Fior di Latte gelato is slow churned in a special gelato machine to create the creamiest consistency.

Enjoy it alone, or in our signature dessert, “Brioche con Gelato ‘Fior di Latte,’” made with our special brioche baked fresh daily.
