Our high-quality extra virgin, cold-pressed olive oil is primarily produced from the Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino olives along with a careful selection of other Tuscan varieties permitted by protected-designation standards. They are harvested and pressed at just the right stage of ripeness to produce a balanced, fruity olive oil with a delicate, velvety taste and clean finish.
Enjoy it in many of our dishes in our pizzeria and café or at home on bread, salads or as a finishing oil on your favorite, light dishes.
